Walpole Pediatrics Lab Policy
- Your provider has ordered labs and/or imaging and has provided you with a lab slip today.
- We will call you when we receive results which can take 1-7 days depending on the type of lab done and the day of the week (Labs done on Saturday will be resulted on Monday unless you are told otherwise). If you do not hear from us in that time frame please contact the office.
- If we do not receive results and/or notification that you have gone for your labs at 1 week and then again at 3 weeks after your labs are ordered we will call the best number on file to reach you.
- If no labs have been collected or imaging completed by 1 month a letter will be sent home and posted in Mychart and the labs will be canceled.
- If you need a new lab slip or further assistance please contact our office.
